It has been tried and tested that practicing Yoga helps in the development of stronger physical and mental well-being. The simple Yoga Kriyas help in regaining the sense of control and enable the mind and body to provide tools for better management of anxiety due to situations beyond control.
The theme for International Yoga Day 2021 is ‘Yoga for Well-Being’.
DSE, Attapur too observed this day with students across classes organising special assemblies with talks on the importance of the day, display of asanas individually or with their parents, pictorial depictions and many more on the virtual platform.
Where stress and anxiety have become constant today, yoga comes with hope. It plays a pivotal role in rejuvenating our mind and the body, leading to a healthier lifestyle – ‘Harmony between man and nature’.
